Building The Foundation (Weeks 1-6)

Any good program starts with the building blocks to keep you progressing for the long run. Slowly but surely.

The biggest mistake I see people make is doing too much, too fast.

When starting, you can do almost anything and make progress.

Without guidance, that progress quickly turns into aches, and pains.

This is what leads to people going “Now I remember why I stopped working out years ago, this sucks.”


So let’s not do that. Here’s the breakdown

  • Week 1

    • Equipment you need to buy, Introducing movements, and breathing techniques

  • Week 2

    • How to warm-up, squat, and hinge

  • Week 3

    • Pushing, pulling, and rotating, isometrics, horizontal vs vertical

  • Week 4

    • Lunging, resisting rotation, and planes of movement

  • Week 5:

    • All 3 Carry Variations, and an intro to Energy Systems

  • Week 6:

    • Running, programming 101
